Reference projects

The customer is producing components for washing machines in France. The TOX®-machine fits perfect into the workflow of the customer. First 5 clinch points are placed on one side of the frame, than the frame is rotated manually by 180° and 5 additional points on the other side of the part are joined.

Due to the rotating device all clinching joints are made within one clamping position.

Thereby the frame of the washer drum is joined safe, strong and cost efficient. The corrosion prevention is kept!
